On behalf of the American Carbon Society, we cordially invite researchers from all over the world to join us for CARBON 2016, the World Conference on Carbon, to be held at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, Pennsylvania.

Important Deadlines and Updates

The conference program has now been posted. It consists of:

• 5 plenary lectures (Monday–Friday)
• 308 oral presentations in 18 sessions (Monday–Friday)
• 400+ poster presentations in 4 extended-time discussion sessions (Monday–Thursday)
• preconference Workshop/Tutorial (Sunday)
• American Carbon Society Medalists Roundtable (Wednesday)

Important Note: Presentations whose corresponding author is not registered will be removed from the conference oral program, but can be accommodated in a poster session.

Buy-one-get-one-free policy for students (courtesy of the American Carbon Society): When a thesis adviser and one student register, the registration of a second student will be complimentary. Please submit all three (3) registration forms (adviser and both students) together. A follow-up email will be sent to all registered students regarding the competition for The Mrozowski Award and The Walker Award.

June 30: Registration ends. Only on-site registrations will be accepted at an additional $30 fee.
